Was born on Jule, 8 in 1963.
Graduated from the mathematical department in 1985 and post-graduate courses (1990) of Omsk State University.
He was a solder in 1985-1987.
Received his Ph.D in 1998.
He has given lectures and practikal works to undergraduates.
