Was born on December,14,1953.
Graduated from the mechanics-mathematical department (1976) and corespondence post-graduate courses of Novosibirsk State University. Received his Ph.D in 1979. His position have been Doctor Sciences in Mathematics&Phisic, full professor. At present he has been sent for a work in university of Sun Paulu (Brazil).
