Born 1.01.1948  in a village Sokolovka of Primorye Territory in family of the employees.

In a 1971 has graduated from historical faculty of Tomsk State University.

In a 1977 he has protected the Ph.D.'s thesis "Working movement in Siberia within new revolutionary rise 1910-1914 years. " (Scientific advisor professor Blinov).

In a 1990 he has protected the D.Sci.'s. thesis " Political consignments and struggle for masses within new revolutionary rise 1910-1914 years "

In 1972-1974 years he works the assistant on division of a history in Tomsk State University.

Since a 1976 he worked by the higher teacher of faculty of a history USSR in Omsk State University.

Since 1988 he is the Head of Division of the Russian History before XX century of Omsk State University.

Since a 1978 he is the associate professor, and the professor since 1992 .

Since a 1994 he is a academician of Public Academy of Humanitarian sciences (ST.-PETERSBURG).

The winner of the premium of Tomsk state university for the best scientific work on section of humanitarian sciences for a 1979.
