Born 29.10.1953 in city Тara of Omsk area in family of the employees.

J. P. Rodionov graduated from the historical faculty of Omsk State University in 1979.

J. P. Rodionov defended his Ph.D.'s dissertation at Chelyabinsk in 1987. (Scientific advisor the professor Samosudov).

Rodionov has been working  in Omsk State University science since 1991.

In a 1993 Rodionov has become the associate professor, and the professor since September 1997 higher scientific employees.
