  This page contains the results of investigations of teachers and students of Omsk State University (Russia) on modeling and simulation of ethnic and social processes. They were published in text-book "Global Ethnic Sociology"(1997), "Social Systems. Formalization and Computer Simulation" (2000), "Mathematical Models of Social Systems" (2000) and "Computer Simulation. Tools for Research of Social Systems" (2001).



Our Software

First Dmitry Lanin and Sergey Nikitin (1995) create the special software for simulation of ethnic processes:

Then Victor Korobitsin (1997) creates the new software for simulation of evolution processes which was used for simulation of ethnic and social processes:

In 1998 Victor Korobitsin modified his software for simulation of evolution processes of the Earth biosphere and ethnosphere in the sense of Gumilev:

Geobiogenesis (Ecology)

To construct the mathematical model of geobiocenos (ecological system) the book "Mathematical modelling of global biospherical processes" by V.F.Krapivin, Yu.M.Svirezhev, A.M.Tarko was used. Geobiocenos (ecological system) is described by the twenty four differential equations:

Ethnogenesis and Sociogenesis

To construct the mathematical model of global ethnic processes we use the Theory of ethnogenesis of famous russian historian Lev N. Gumilev. Ethnos is described by the seven differential equations:
