Natalya V. Ogurtsova
Ph. D. in Pedagogy, professor.

      In 1968 she graduated the faculty of foreign languages at Omsk State Pedagogical Institute. She studied at postgraduate studies of Leningrad State Institute of Culture then worked as a head of department of scientific information at Institute of Hygiene of Siberian Branch of Academy of Medical Sciences of USSR. (Novokuznetsk). In 1990 Natalya V. Ogurtsova protected her Ph. D dissertation on topic "Analyzing of specialists' informational culture for it's future improvement." In 1997 she became a professor.
      Scientific interests: libraries and bibliothecal management. A number of scientific works is published. Among them:
