V.M.Gichev is the holder of the chair of mathematical
analysis and the Associate Professor of the chair of mathematical analysis
in
Omsk State University.
V.M.Gichev graduated from the Mechanics-Mathematical Department
of the Novosibirsk State University in 1976.
His basic scientific interests are concentrated on groups in
analysis and geometry.
