In 1983 I finished juridical faculty of Irkutsk State University.

    In 1987 I became candidate of juridical scienses. Theme of dissertation: The system of sosial self-control in working collective (organize working aspekt).

    In 1997 I protected doctor dissertation in St.-Peterburg State University.

    Theme of dissertation: Method normativ structuralism in the theory of state (to investigation newest history of Russian Stateship.)

Since 1990 Head of the chair sociology in OmSU.

I Specialize in the theory states, history political low teaching.

I teach general theory of sociology and politology.

I have more than 20 drafts of Omsk region included statute of Omsk region.
