In 1973 I finished Irkutsk State University.
In 1988 I protected dissertation on the teme "Socialistic competition and a manner of life".
In 1983 I passed requalification by Ural State Universitty.
In 1994 passed requalification by Russia State Universitty by speciality sociology.
Now I teach politology in OmSU.
General scientific interests are: policy of party, regional policy, image policy.
