She was born 16.03.1950 in Tsherbakul. Her parents were employees.

In 1971 she graduated from Faculty of History Omsk State Teachers University.

She has worked about 25 years in OmSU. Now she is associate professor on Division Modern Russian History & Historiography OmSU.
