Born 22.05.1968 in Omsk in family of the employees.

V.V.Vorobjev graduated from the historical faculty of Omsk state university in 1992.

V.V.Vorobjev defended his Ph.D.'s dissertation at Omsk State pedagogical university in 1996. (Scientific advisor the professor Tolochko).

He had been a post-graduate of correspondence tutoring of faculty of  history since 1992.

V.V.Vorobjev has been working  in Omsk State University science since 1994.
