Graduate from Omsk state pedagogical institute named A.M. Gorky (1973), with conferring the qualifications "teacher of physics".

Since 1977 until 1981 he was a post-graduate of Chelyabinsk state pedagogical institute.

The Ph.D. in pedagogical science thesis was protected in 1982 on subject "Reinforcement cognitive and education of functions of problems on physicist" (the profession 13.00.02 - theory and strategy of education physicist).

Tde Doctor of Science (in pedagogical sciences) on subject "RESEARCH IN DIDACTICS PHYSICISTS" (the profession 13.00.02 - theory and strategy of education physicist).
